Summer Cucumber Kale & Cabbage Salad

Ingredients (all organic) 2 small cucumbers 1/2 cabbage 1/2 cup Kale 1/2 cup of carrots chopped or shredded 1/2 avocado Dressing (all organic) 1/3 cup of olive oil 1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar Dash of red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard 1/2 lemon Dash of sparkling wine or white table wine Dash of pepper
